Founded by Noah P. Welch, NEI is a boutique private equity fund with the expressed purpose of making investments with equity securities in high-growth sectors of the Ghanaian and West African economy at large. The group structure is made up of (A) NEI Fund 1 Ghana LP, a limited partnership located in Alberta, CANADA and (B) NEI Fund 1 US Ghana LP, a limited partnership located in Delaware, USA.
